I needed a new color and style for my hair and saw your company ad on Facebook and said to myself, “Definitely need an appointment!” When I got to the salon, all the beauticians were busy assisting other clients. I went to kill time at the mall for a bit so they can concentrate on their work. When I went back, I was assigned Wanda to work on my hair. We connected because she knew what my hair needed because it was a total mess. She knew automatically what color to dye it after I had explained what I was looking for. When we were done with everything, I kept thanking her for the wonderful job! She totally made my frown upside down and I’m forever grateful for a job well done. Will definitely be returning! Fashiema did an amazing job yesterday with my hair and treatment and Avi, her assistant was equally as good and had the hands of an angel when she rinsing and doing my hair mask and treatment. Best scalp massage as she worked the products in. Very happy with them both. My roots membership is so worth it!
